Welcome to the SEEN Voice Memo System, a project by The Words of My Soul LLC. By submitting a message through our voice memo form, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Service

SEEN is a voice-first platform offering emotional support, healing reflections, and spoken-word-style messages in response to submitted questions. These responses are based on lived experience, intuitive insight, and poetic guidance. SEEN does not offer clinical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

2. Consent for Public Sharing

Unless a private voice memo is purchased, your submission may be selected for anonymous public response and shared in the SEEN Vault or across other platforms (YouTube, audio blog, etc.) without using your name or identifying details.

3. Private Voice Memos

Private responses are available as a paid service. Once delivered, private voice memos are not shared publicly and remain confidential. Delivery timelines will be honored to the best of our ability and communicated via email.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments for private voice memos are final. Due to the nature of digital, personalized products, refunds are not available. If there is a technical issue or delivery failure, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

5. Appropriate Use

We reserve the right to reject submissions that are harmful, abusive, explicit, threatening, or otherwise misaligned with the SEEN mission. This space is sacred and rooted in respect.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All SEEN voice memos and content remain the intellectual property of The Words of My Soul LLC. Public messages may be repurposed for educational, artistic, or promotional use.

7. Communications

By submitting a question or purchasing a voice memo, you agree to receive email communications related to your request. You may unsubscribe from promotional content at any time.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the SEEN platform constitutes agreement to the most current version.
